4 Anterior E-Max All Ceramic Crowns
This patient was dissatisfied with the esthetics of his Maxillary( upper) front teeth.

Pre-op photo
We prepped 4 front teeth for e.max layered all ceramic crowns. Here is the post-op photo immediately after cementation.

The delivery of this case went extremely well because of the proper provisionalization. I do a custom wax up of the case followed by fabrication of the provisionals not in the patients mouth but on the lab bench. This gives the patient a break and the lab fabricated provisional sets the case up for success. Heres a photo of the provisional immediately after fabrication prior to cementation.

Diastema Closure
This is a recent case of a patient who was dissatified with the large space between her front teeth. Despite the challenges of a large space and alreday wide teeth, we achieved an excellent result. This was achieved with Direct Composite Bonding.

Single Tooth Crown
IPS e.max has become the industry standard material for metal free all ceramic restorations. IPS e.max provides unmatched strength and versatility. Here at Heritage Dental Group we use e.max as the primary ceramic material for our layered crowns. These crowns are extremely strong and esthetic. Take a look at a recently cemented e.max crown we did for one of our patients.

6 Lower Anterior Crowns
This was a recent case of crowded lower anterior teeth which many of our patients complain about years after they had orthodontics. There are of course many treatment options to correct crowding but in this case after consultation with the patient they elected for a restorative option. As you can see, the esthetics of these e.max crowns are outstanding but what is even more important is the proper contour, shape, alignment and fit which we achieved for this patient.
